Larry Lambert has worked as a manager for several of the Country's larger Homebuilders in both single family and multifamily construction.  Larry gained his early experience in Texas where he worked as a superintendent.  He was recruited to the state of Massachusetts by a New England Developer where he had the opportunity to manage the first CHOP project where there were so many potential homebuyers that they had to be selected by lottery.  Upon completion of this project, he moved to the Seattle area in 1990.  Larry instantly knew that this is where he would set down his roots.  His past experience has been as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Director and now as a Business Owner.  Larry Has Developed Relationships with the areas best Subcontractors and Craftsmen and has assembled a team of Professionals to Handle Your Construction needs from a simple Remodel to a Custom Home, this Homebuilder can do a wide range of Projects.

Larry has managed construction projects from Condominium Buildings to Fire Restoration to Apartments to Single Family Tract Homes to Custom Homes.

Larry Has over 30+ years experience in Residential New Construction, Remodeling, and Home Repair.
